Archive
Past projects, completed work, older collections, and material preserved for continued exploration.
The Archive is where the Wagstaff Library keeps what came before.
Projects change. Ideas develop. Collections grow, move in new directions, or eventually reach an end. But older work can still have value.
The Archive is not simply storage. It is also a record of development.
Looking backward can reveal how an idea changed, where a project began, what worked, what did not, and how one piece of work eventually led to another.
Older does not necessarily mean obsolete. Something placed here today may become useful again years from now.
The Archive preserves this material without requiring it to compete with what is currently active. Archived does not mean forgotten. It simply means the work belongs to another chapter.
The work may be finished. Its usefulness may not be.
